Our 12-week paid internship experience is an opportunity to work on real projects that are meaningful and firsthand. Internship positions are available for a broad range of challenging assignments. Take this opportunity to gain experience inside of the complex supermarket industry while you develop the leadership skills and business knowledge you need to enhance your career.
Internships are in our corporate office in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Retail Management Trainee
Our retail management trainee program is designed to develop future leaders who understand our core business. The program provides trainees with experiences to enable them to understand our business from the ground up, as well as develop leadership skills needed to drive our business.
In your development you will learn:
- Merchandising techniques
- Dynamic leader
- Mentor, develop and lead your team of associates
- Standard Practices
- Critical thinking skills
