development of the annual thematic plan by partnering with Consumer Insights and Marketing to identify customer mindsets throughout the year.<br></li><li>Lead biannual ideation sessions to gather and incorporate ideas into the thematic plan.<br></li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver category initiatives aligned with the commercial planning strategy.<br></li><li>Partner with the eCommerce team to support execution of the omnichannel commercial plan.<br></li><li>Manage Compass projects and related communications.<br></li><li>Support commercial planning and advertising development within Category, Merchandising and Pricing (CMP), ensuring alignment with key strategies and initiatives.<br></li><li>Support the distribution of daily messages to the Store Communication Center (SCC).<br></li><li>Serve as project lead for Product Connections, including event coordination, period reconciliation, retail communication and issue resolution.<br></li><li>Use Power BI reports to monitor performance, identify trends and support business decisions.<br></li><li>Support the execution of planned and incremental shopper marketing opportunities that span multiple category teams.<br></li><li>Develop, manage and maintain Power Automate flows.<br></li><li>Track and maintain competitive market data.<br></li><li>Partner with Internal Communications to develop thematic selling communications and promotional \"scoops.\"<br></li><li>Lead or participate in key teams and committees as needed.<br></li><li>Develop and facilitate effective training and continuing education related to:<br><ul><li>Commercial planning<br></li><li>Advertising process changes<br></li><li>Cross Cap<br></li><li>Compass communications<br></li><li>Vendor Opportunity Requests (VORs)<br></li><li>Direct Store Delivery (DSD) escalations<br></li><li>New-hire onboarding and training<br></li></ul></li><li>Manage the VOR process.<br></li><li>Take ownership of individual development, talent planning and performance management.<br></li></ul><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><ul><li>Retail operations experience<br></li><li>Merchandising experience<br></li><li>Category management experience<br></li><li>Experience managing relationships with vendors, brokers and third-party consultants<br></li><li>Experience with the following systems and programs:<br><ul><li>Alteryx<br></li><li>Power BI<br></li><li>SEGA<br></li><li>DSS<br></li><li>PFT<br></li><li>Adobe<br></li><li>Microsoft Excel<br></li><li>Microsoft
